Your purchase will be first wrapped with light-weight paper, then with a special cushion/bubble wrap. Lastly, it is wrapped in high-quality water-resistant paper to prevent moisture or water damage.

Shipping Method
All of our merchandise will be shipped from our Omotesando store in Japan by EMS.
EMS, or Express Mail Service of the Japan Postal Service, is a registered delivery system. The shipment is signed each time by the sender upon shipping.
Every shipment by EMS is fully insured and assigned a tracking number.
Your purchases are traceable throughout the entire delivery process by the tracking number.
To track your shipment, access this site any time of day.
EMS OFFICIAL TRACKING

Number of days until delivery
It normally takes three days to check our store and our supplier on the stock status of your order.
For "seasonal" items, if the store or the supplier is out of stock, we ask that you give us two to four weeks to produce the item you ordered.
In the case of the other items, there will be differences in details as they are all handmade. But a few of the artworks are reproducible to some extent by the authors, who will create the works using the original models or casts.
We will send you an e-mail on each such individual situation and inform you on when we can send your purchase.
In addition to the above pre-shipping procedures, it will take five to six days for EMS to reach destinations in North America and Europe from our store in Japan. For other regions, it may take six to eight days.
Packaging fee, packaging materials costs, shipping insurance and shipping fee
All of the above fees are included in the price of each item.
The only difference is the prices for the items shipped within Japan and outside of Japan.
In other words, absolutely no additional cost will be incurred to you aside from the prices of the artworks themselves.
It's quite simple, isn't it?
